In a guest editorial published today in the PI, Don Hopps, Consulting Director of the Institute for Washington's Future, talks about preparing for the next Farm Bill. Don discusses the possibilities for experimenting with much needed reform. He suggests that the next president can "promote legislation that funds experiments on the state level with energy and food policy initiatives and programs". He argues that Washington State is the perfect place to begin.
